DID(IT) - IMPACT
IMPACT is a rules and scoring engine designed to automate the identification of risk factors for immigration benefit requests. USCIS is currently using IMPACT to perform assessments on immigration benefit requests while those cases are at the National Benefits Center (NBC) being prepared for interview. These assessments are ultimately being used to create efficiencies by determining the downstream resources needed to best handle, interview, and adjudicate a case.
