E-Allegations is an online web page that provides a procedure by which concerned individuals can report suspected illegal import and export activity. By completing and submitting the form, the public can help CBP prevent international trade violations. The e-Allegations form feeds data in real-time to the Commercial Allegation Recording System (CARS), which enables CBP to escalate serious violations expediently. Submissions are received by the Commercial Targeting and Enforcement Division, Office of International Trade
