This restricted-use data file presents early results from the Enhanced Transitional Jobs Demonstration (ETJD), which is using a rigorous random assignment research design to evaluate seven transitional jobs programs that targeted either individuals who had recently been released from prison, or parents who did not have custody of their children (“noncustodial” parents), who owed child support, and who were unable to meet their obligations because they were unemployed.
