FHM reference genome, annotation, and all associated DNA and RNA-sequencing data
The dataset contains the full fathead minnow (FHM) reference genome and annotation data as well all DNA sequencing data (PacBio long reads and Illumina paired-end reads) and RNA-seq data that were used to create the fathead minnow genome reference.
