The American Rescue Plan funded the development of 147 new units of permanent supportive housing including case management and supportive services for residents. Permanent supportive housing is an intervention that combines affordable housing assistance with support services to address the needs of chronically homeless people. The services are designed to be client-centered, and build independent living, tenancy skills, and connect people with community-based healthcare, treatment, and employment services. Specifically designed for households with at least one member with an identifiable disability, permanent supportive housing utilizes a harm reduction philosophy and does not place demands or conditions upon residents beyond the expectations of a typical lease.  Data Dictionary  Field Name Field Type Field Description Organization String The organization implementing the project Project String The project title Amount Appropriated String The amount appropriated to the housing project and the funds used Address String The address of the housing project Project Description String More information about the project Amount Integer Amount projected to be spent No of Units Integer No of units projected to be in the housing
