It can be accessed through the following means: The data can be accessed with written request accompanied by an appropriate, approved IRB application. Format: The data contains details on the air pollution exposure, performed hospital procedures, census tract socioeconomic status, and diagnoses information (including dates of diagnoses) for heart failure patients seen at UNCHCS hospital or clinic.
