Solar electrical generation data is reported for commercial power plants: those with a nameplate capacity of 1 MW or more. Counties in gray reported no generation in 2020. San Bernardino and Riverside county had solar thermal electric generation. Map and data from the California Energy Commission. Data is classified using the Jenk’s Natural Break’s method.
