Identifies Tempe youth regarding substance misuse and other problematic youth behaviors, utilizing the Arizona Youth Survey that is administered by the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission, on behalf of the State of Arizona, biennially to Arizona 8th, 10th and 12th grade students.
