Published by National Geodetic Survey | National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Department of Commerce | Metadata Last Checked: February 07, 2026 | Last Modified: 2018-08-17T00:00:00.000+00:00
This data set consists of 0.3-meter pixel resolution, 4-band orthoimages covering the project area. An orthoimage is remotely sensed image data in which displacement of features in the image caused by terrain relief and sensor orientation have been mathematically removed. Orthoimagery combines the image characteristics of a photograph with the geometric qualities of a map. Each orthoimage provides imagery over a 3,000-meter x 3,000-meter block on the ground. There is no image overlap between adjacent files.
