Since 2002, AmeriCorps has partnered with the U.S. Census Bureau to take the pulse of our nation’s civic health. Our agencies teamed up again in September 2025 to conduct the Current Population Survey Civic Engagement and Volunteering Supplement (CEV). The new data will be publicly released in 2026, coinciding with America’s 250th anniversary and the United Nations' International Year of Volunteers.
