This study involves analysis of skeletal growth marks in humerus bones of loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta) ranging from hatchling to adult stranded dead along either the US Atlantic coast (n = 313) or US Gulf of America coast (n = 123) and provides age and growth rate estimates.
