Airborne Hyperspectral Reflectance Indian Cave Nebraska Multi-Day 1 m
The Airborne Hyperspectral Reflectance Indian Cave Nebraska Multi-Day (AEHYPICNE1M) data are from the Indian Cave Forest Global Earth Observatory ([ForestGeo](https://forestgeo.si.edu/)) plot in Indian Cave State Park in southeastern Nebraska. The data have a spatial resolution of 1 meter (m) and fall in the spectral range of 400-1000 nanometers (nm). The data can be used by researchers in developing new capabilities for the remote sensing of forest diversity and function, as well as a global biodiversity monitoring system. The [Indian Cave ForestGeo](https://forestgeo.si.edu/sites/north-america/indian-cave) plot airborne data were collected on September 6, 2019, and August 4, 2022. The images were collected by the Nebraska Earth Observatory (NEO), using an AisaKESTREL (Specim, Oulu, Finland) hyperspectral pushbroom sensor mounted on a Piper Saratoga fixed-wing aircraft. The AEHYPICNE1M product provides images with 178 hyperspectral bands that have been radiometrically, geometrically, and atmospherically corrected.
