Auditor - Open Findings Recommendations Status Reports

The Office of the County Auditor conducts follow-ups on recommendations made by the office to determine if corrective actions have been taken. This dataset is comprised of the status reports outlining these follow-ups, which are submitted to the County Board for referral to the Audit Committee. A prior version of this dataset included the column "Quarter" to refer to the fiscal quarter in which the report was published. As of 2025, the Office of the Auditor has moved to a bi-annual schedule of status reports. If you wish to contextualize past reports by quarter, the County's fiscal quarter schedule is as follows: Q1: December (of prior calendar year) thru February (of current calendar year) Q2: March thru May Q3: June thru August Q4: September thru November
