Automotive Surface Coating NESHAP Surveys
Surveys asked vehicle manufacturers to identify what HAP abatement controls were already in place prior to the 2004 NESHAP and what controls were put in afterwards to comply, as well as the costs associated with compliance. This dataset is not publicly accessible because: EPA cannot release CBI, or data protected by copyright, patent, or otherwise subject to trade secret restrictions. Request for access to CBI data may be directed to the dataset owner by an authorized person by contacting the party listed. It can be accessed through the following means: It cannot, as it is CBI. Summary information for the dataset is available in the published article as well as a NCEE working paper. Format: The data are in written form via survey responses.
