Average Weekday Interzonal Shared Mobility Trips
New transportation modes have grown in the District in the last decade, including private for-hire vehicle companies and micromobility options, such as shared bikes and scooters. In 2019, there were over 60 million trips taken by private for-hire vehicles to, from, or within the District, and 128 million in the region. This map shows the distribution of average daily weekday private for-hire vehicle trips across neighborhood zones in the District in 2019.
