Broadband Technical Assistance Program
The Broadband Technical Assistance Program (BTAP) is offered to support and promote local and regional broadband planning efforts as they develop financing and deployment strategies to provide high-speed internet to unserved and underserved locations in Oregon. This program is funded by the Oregon Universal Service Fund.
