Temperature, pressure, and wind speed/direction data were collected using Scripps Institution of Oceanography Bumble Bee tethered buoys from the Pacific Ocean from August 29, 1961, to June 16, 1973. Data were submitted by Scripps Institution of Oceanography as a part of the International Decade of Ocean Exploration / North Pacific Experiment (IDOE/NORPAX).
