California aquatic environmental DNA

This data set represents environmental DNA (eDNA) data obtained from water samples collected in the Sacramento River watershed and in the Central Valley, CA, USA. Specifically, Metabarcoding and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) data targeting the piscine assemblage in the Sacramento River and the and brachiopod species in Vernal pools. “This research dataset has been reviewed in accordance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), Office of Research and Development, and approved for release.
