CARICOOS real-time buoy observations near Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands at PR3 - CARICOOS Data Buoy E, located at 18d 15.660m N, 65d 27.846m W, North of Vieques. Buoy PR312 was deployed from 2024-08-01 17:30:00 through 0000-00-00 00:00:00. Global Positioning System (GPS) latitude and longitude measurements from the buoy at a height of 3m were taken hourly.
