CASSI at UNC Charlotte Rider Survey

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) implemented an online survey using Smartsheet. The survey was accessible through URL (tinyurl.com/cassicharlotte) and Quick Response (QR) codes at the shuttle stops and inside the shuttle during the pilot period (July 12-December 21, 2024). 62 responses were collected in total. 59 respondents rode the shuttle and three respondents did not ride the shuttle.NCDOT partnered with UNC Charlotte to bring the Connected Autonomous Shuttle Supporting Innovation (CASSI) program to the campus.
