Changes in CpG Methylation of the Vitellogenin 1 Promoter in Adult Male Zebrafish after Exposure to 17α-Ethynylestradiol

(2019) along with a sample Illumina sequence file available with a ready-to-run VirtualMachine that can also be accessed at http://toxicology.uga.edu/resources/dna_methylation_analysis/. Supporting data for sequencing and qPCR raw data are available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.8313356, sharing qPCR raw data files for the endpoint for male and female fish from CFX Manger (Ver. 3.0), qPCR quantification data, TGBS raw sequences, and a TGBS metadata file with sample information.
