This data is provided as a supplement to NIST Technical Note 2147, Characterizing LTE User Equipment Emissions Under Closed-Loop Power Control. In particular, the data provided here is sufficient to reproduce all of the plots and analyses in Chapters 5 and 6, which present the data analysis results.
