CURRENT DIRECTION, ICE - MOVEMENT - DIRECTION and other data from DRIFTING PLATFORM in the NW Atlantic from 1993-06-10 to 1993-09-23 (NCEI Accession 9400065)
The Global Positioning System (GPS) tracked drifting buoy data in this accession was collected in NW Atlantic (limit-40 W) between June 10, 1993 and September 23, 1993 as part of Physical Oceanography Field Program offshore North Carolina by Science Applications, Inc., Raleigh, NC. The project was supported by grant MMS # 14-35-0001-30599 Project # 0208. The water depth and other drifting buoy data from 18 GPS and 1 ARGOS-Tracked drifter submitted in a tape by Ms Susan C. Root has been processed by NODC and is currently available in F156 Drifting Buoy file format.
