Current velocity and direction data from survey buoys and NOAA Ship Ferrel in the North Atlantic from 1971-05-10 to 1973-06-07 (NCEI Accession 7300431)
This dataset contains no digital data from the 1971 Boston Harbor current surveys. Documentation forms and other metadata have been scanned and added to this accession.
Current and velocity data collected in Boston Harbor were collected in support of the Boston Harbor Current Surveys, OPR-501-FE-72 and OPR-501-FE-71. Data were collected from NOAA Ship Ferrel and survey buoys from 1971-05-10 to 1971-11-26. Based on the documentation included in this accession, the survey observation data was on analog data sheets that were never transferred to NODC.
