Dam Facilities
Large dams are defined by a dam height >= 10 feet and storage of >= 9.2 acre feet. These larger dams are within the juristiction of Oregon Water Resource Department. Large dams that are not managed by OWRD are considered "Non-Fee Dams" (apply_fee = 'NO')
