Darcy flux, ethylene dibromide mass flux, benzene mass flux, toluene mass flux, ethylbenzene mass flux, and xylene mass flux at the Kirtland Air Force Base Bulk Fuels Facility, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Published by U.S. Geological Survey | Department of the Interior | Metadata Last Checked: January 27, 2026 | Last Modified: 2023-01-09T00:00:00Z
This United States Geological Survey (USGS) dataset contains Darcy flux, ethylene dibromide (EDB) mass flux, benzene mass flux, toluene mass flux, ethylbenzene mass flux, and xylene mass flux measured in Albuquerque, New Mexico, using passive flux meters (PFMs) in the wells associated with the Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) Bulk Fuels Facility (BFF). The measurements were conducted by the USGS in cooperation with KAFB, the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, EA Engineering, Science and Technology, Inc. (an engineering consulting firm), and the University of Florida. This is a revision to address discrepancies. UF confirmed that some result values in the revised data were incorrect and provided corrected data. Futhermore, the sample end date for passive flux meters deployed on May 30, 2019 at well 350307106344101 (10N.03E.36.233 KAFB-106S7) was corrected in the data release.
