Data and products from the Flower Garden Banks mapping portal in the Gulf of America (formerly Gulf of Mexico) from 03-01-2009 to 07-01-2025 (NCEI Accession 0307354)
NOAA's National Marine Sanctuaries Program (NMSP) partnered with NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) to create an on-line GIS-based mapping tool of the Flower Garden Banks Sanctuary. Bathymetry, biological information, management zones, oil and gas activities, oceanographic data, and remotely operated vehicle tracks with associated underwater photographs were made available through this tool.
