Dataset: A patchy continuum? Stream macronutrient concentration and system metabolism show varied responses to patch- and continuum-based analyses.
At 21 sites located in the Kanawha River Basin in West Virginia, U.S.A., Oxygen concentration (mg l-1) and water temperature (°C) were measured every 15 min for > 72 h using TROLL® 9500 multiparameter water quality instruments.
