Dataset for Characterizing spatial information loss for wastewater-based surveillance using crAssphage: effect of decay, temperature, and population mobility
Two .xlsx files "crAssphage_main_v1.xlsx" and "ShedData_v1.xlsx". Each contains metadata defining the fields in a separate tabs. crAssphage_main_v1 contains data pertaining to the responses and the Find, Inform, and Test (FIT) framework. ShedDate_v1 contains data pertaining to the census block groups which feeds into the model.
