Dataset for evaluating timescales of Benthic Macrofaunal Response to Diel and Episodic Low Oxygen in a Subtropical Estuary
This dataset is a collection of three spreadsheets with data that went in to the manuscript associated with this record. "Pensacola Mid Bay WQM Master_11.2023.xlsx" are data collected from Pensacola Bay, FL in 2017 and include continuous Water Quality Monitoring data from two sites in the mid-bay region of the estuary and dates when benthic surveys occurred. "Pensacola Mid Bay Environmental Data_11.2023.xlsx" are discrete water quality and sediment quality data collected from Pensacola Bay in 2016-2017. "Pensacola Mid Bay Bugs Master_11.2023.xlsx" are macrobenthic ("bugs") community data collected from Pensacola Bay in 2016-2017 and the condition index calculations and scores. Metadata are provided as separate tabs in the spreadsheets.
