Dataset of effects from climate change on tree species in the U.S. (from "Winners and losers from climate change: An analysis of climate thresholds for tree growth and survival for roughly 150 species across the contiguous United States")
This data is from the Global Change Biology publication by Clark et al., entitled "Winners and losers from climate change: An analysis of tree growth and survival responses to temperature and precipitation for roughly 150 species across the contiguous U.S." The dataset has all the inputs and outputs for the assessment of tree species responses to temperature and precipitation. There is a Readme file on Dryad that describes the 12 tabular data files associated with this manuscript.
This dataset is associated with the following publication:
Clark, C.M., J.G. Coughlin, J. Phelan, G. Martin, K. Austin, M. Salem, R.D. Sabo, K. Horn, R.Q. Thomas, and R.M. Dalton. Winners and Losers From Climate Change: An Analysis of Climate Thresholds for Tree Growth and Survival for Roughly 150 Species Across the Contiguous United States. GLOBAL CHANGE BIOLOGY. Blackwell Publishing, Malden, MA, USA, 30(12): e17597, (2024).
