Deep-Pelagic Nekton Dynamics of the Gulf of Mexico (DEEPEND)- DP06 (EK80)
All frequencies were calibrated and updated on day one of the trip. MOC and 200 kHz had minor issues on second day but were quickly resolved and worked much better. Weather was poor on July 23rd making it difficult to operate. Additional calibration on July 28th because conditions were exceptionally good. Overall, cruise conditions were managable and resulted in successful data aquisition.
