DID(IT) - INFACT Case Management System

INFACT is a case management system that supports adjudication for Form I-956 Application for Regional Center Designation, I-956F Application for Approval of Investment in a Commercial Enterprise, I-956G Regional Center Annual Statement, I-956H Bona Fides of Persons Involved with Regional Center Program, I-956K Registration for Direct and Third-Party Promoters, as well as legacy Forms I-924 Application for Regional Center and I-924A Annual Certification of Regional Center. It also supports USCIS in case tracking for Form I-526 Immigrant Petition by Standalone Investor, Form I-526E Immigrant Petition by Regional Center Investor, and Form I-829 Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions, as well as legacy Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur. The system interfaces with eCISCOR to automatically populate I-526, I-526E and I-829 case data for adjudicators, economists, and intake teams for review. The system will capture and track petition status, work assignment and workload.
