Published by data.ct.gov | State of Connecticut | Metadata Last Checked: January 17, 2026 | Last Modified: 2026-01-15
In May 2024, the Connecticut General Assembly passed Public Act No. 24-45 (PA 24-45), which mandates that the Connecticut Preschool Through Twenty Workforce Information Network (P20 WIN) Executive Board disseminate a report on disconnected youth on an annual basis, starting in 2025. The Disconnected and At-Risk Youth in Connecticut report examines several socioeconomic, demographic, and other factors associated with disconnection to inform stakeholders seeking to identify subpopulations to target efforts to reconnect and/or prevent disconnection for young people ages 14-26.
