    "description": "State Data is organized by states for the contiguous  United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii:
•	“annual_load_pattern_<EMM Region>_<Technology Scenario>.csv”: contains an 8760 of hourly load for office buildings in the EMM Region under the particular Technology Scenario. EMM Regions spanned and intersected multiple states and states were assigned to the EMM that represented the largest share of the state by area. The technology scenario is either the baseline (without any energy efficiency implemented) or for a particular investment (e.g., “hvac_dr_ee_precool”). Each csv contains the EMM Region name, a timestamp, units of load, hourly load, scenario name, and the measure deployed. (Baseline will also have a measure associated with it, but the load represents no technology investment.)
•	“cambium_grid_data_<State> _cambium_<Cambium Variable>.csv”: contains 8760 of hourly values from Cambium for the State and the Cambium Variable (e.g., grid costs, emissions). The values are associated with the “StdScen20_MidCase” scenario from Cambium. Each csv contains the State name, the year of focus, a timestamp, the Cambium Variable, and the variable value.
