NOAA Ship Pisces departed Pascagoula, Mississippi on August 21, 2019 to conduct the SEAMAP Fall Ichthyoplankton survey. The 33 day cruise was conducted in two legs, one 17 day leg and one 16 day leg. 143 targeted standard SEAMAP stations were investigated, beginning in the western GOM. Standard stations followed SEAMAP sampling protocols with an oblique bongo tow to a maximum depth of 200 m, a 10 min neuston tow, and a CTD profile to a maximum depth of 200 m. The MOCNESS was used during both legs of the survey at designated stations. In addition, the TSG and CUFES were in use throughout the survey.
