Repository of information for the federal employee's personnel file. The Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) is an electronic version of the paper OPF, providing Web-enabled access for federal employees and human resources (HR) staff to view eOPF documents. The Official Personnel Folder (OPF) contains records that cover a civilian federal employee's employment history.
