Federal Acquisition Service Balanced Scorecard 2009
Federal Acquisition Service Performance Measures are tracked for each of the four portfolios within the organization (Assisted Acquisition Services; General Supplies and Services; Integrated Technology Services; and Travel, Motor Vehicle, and Card Services) and are reported Annual. Each measure aligns to one of Kaplan and Norton's Balanced Scorecard Perspectives: customer, stakeholder, internal processes and technology, human capital, and financial. The results reported here are collected and maintained by the Office of Strategy Management.
