Federal Borrowings Program Reports: Detail Principal and Accrued Balances and Summary General Ledger Balances
Federal agencies with legal authority granted by Congress through legislation may borrow funds from Treasury to operate credit programs to loan or guarantee loans for nonfederal borrowers, such as small businesses, students, veterans, and farmers.
