Federally Qualified Health Center Wrap Payment and Managed Care Encounter
This table contains an analysis of wrap claims and encounters reported to DHCS. The match percentage is based on the count of wraps received matching to their encounter. A Wrap Payment is a supplemental payment to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), covering the difference between their per-visit PPS (Per-Visit Payment System) rate and the amount received from managed care plans for services to Medi-Cal managed care members.
