FHFA Annual Performance Plan
FHFA's APP has four components: (1) strategic goals; (2) strategic objectives; (3) performance measures and associated targets; and (4) means and strategies to accomplish the performance goals.
The strategic goals, which are outlined in the Strategic Plan, are the starting point for the FY 2023 APP. The nexus between the Strategic Plan and the APP helps to ensure that FHFA priorities are integrated with the Agency's mission.
