Formulation Execution Performance and Planning (Blueprint)
DOL is transitioning from DEBS to the Blueprint system as the Department's Budget Formulation, Budget Execution, and Performance Management system of record. As of September 2025, the transition of budget formulation activities has occurred and this system collects and maintains budget formulation data starting with the FY 2027 Budget Cycle. More capabilities will be added, which will lead to more data being collected and maintained.
