FY 1997 Blue Book: High Performance Computing and Communications: Advancing the Frontiers of Information Technology
The Federal High Performance Computing and Communications HPCC Program will celebrate its fifth anniversary in October 1996 with an impressive array of accomplishments to its credit. Throughout its existence, the HPCC Program has conducted long-term research and development in advanced computing, communications, and information technologies, and in applying those technologies to the missions of the participating Federal departments and agencies.
