Geospatial Data for the Northern Nevada Rift
This digital vector dataset represents the Northern Nevada Rift as published in an article describing the relationship of epithermal gold deposits to large-scale fractures in Northern Nevada (Ponce and Glen, 2002; see larger work citation). The data are represented on figures 1-5 in the source publication and were later provided in an Esri shapefile via written communication from D.A. Ponce in 2017. An attribute field was added to distinguish the northern Nevada rift-east, northern Nevada rift-central, and northern Nevada rift-west.
