GLIMPSE-to-COBRA bridge spreadsheet
Spreadsheet that translates EPA GLIMPSE/GCAM emission outputs into base and control scenario information for use in EPA desktop COBRA 5.0/5.1. Spreadsheet includes Readme, Instructions, customizable Crosswalk, 2023 emissions data from COBRA, and pivot tables and other calculations necessary to create the COBRA inputs. This updated version (v2024.11.14) includes several modifications to the crosswalk to correctly match several industrial categories.
