Meteorological and Oceanographic data from the Gulf Offshore Weather Observation Network (GOWAN) (F192). Data were collected in the Gulf of Mexico from 01 June 1982 to 01 October 1982. Data were processed by NODC to the NODC standard F192 GOWAN format. The F192 format has been generated to accept oil company meteorological and oceanographic data. Parameters include barometric pressure, air temperature, wind direction, wind speed, wind gust, significant wave height, maximum wave height, and wave period.
