HHS System of Records Notices (SORNs) Metadata Inventory
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) publishes the HHS System of Records Notices (SORNs) Metadata Inventory to provide machine-readable access to over 200 publicly available HHS SORNs. These notices inform the public about records HHS maintains on individuals, as required by the Privacy Act and federal law. The inventory is available via open API and downloadable Excel or CSV formats.
