Hurricane Ike Aerial Photography: Rapid ResponseImagery of the Surrounding Regions After Landfall
The imagery posted on this site is of the surrounding regionsafter Hurricane Ike made landfall. The aerial photography missions wereconducted by the NOAA Remote Sensing Division. The images were acquiredfrom a nominal altitude of 7,500 feet, using an Emerge/Applanix DigitalSensor System (DSS).
