The University of Kansas, in partnership with the Kansas Department for Children and Families, and two private providers that comprise Kansas' statewide foster care network, is working to accelerate stable permanency for families of children with serious emotional disturbance (SED) by delivering intensive home-based parent training and support services shortly after children have been removed from their homes.
