    "description": "The LPS datasets contain the number of persons detained or admitted and treated involuntarily pursuant to several sections of the LPS Act (72H, 14d etc, number of persons transferred to mental health facilities pursuant to Section 4011.6 of the Penal Code, number of persons for whom temporary conservatorships are established, and number of persons for whom permanent conservatorships are established in each county and stratified by data elements. They are conditions for admission/detainment, clinical outcomes, payer information, waiting periods, sequential holds and demographic information including age group, gender identity, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, sex, veteran status, housing status and primary language. This data is aggregated by county and reporting quarter.",
